La Parada 2, nestled in the heart of Brooklyn on 4th Avenue, is a vibrant Latin American eatery celebrated for its authentic Dominican cuisine. Diners rave about the perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken, which has garnered a loyal following, though customers warn it sells out quickly. Tania Morales points out that the wait is worth it, echoing the sentiment shared by many who often return for the robust flavors that define this culinary gem.
For taco enthusiasts, the restaurant offers a generous selection of tacos that are consistently well-received. Freeking369 notes the enhancement provided by their green chili hot sauce, making each bite a flavorful experience. The environment, described by Vanessa Castillo as wonderful and spotless, adds to the overall charm. The dedicated staff contribute significantly to the warm atmosphere, ensuring that each visit feels special.
While some see potential for aesthetic upgrades, most agree that La Parada 2 prioritizes flavor over decor, making it a top destination for Latin food aficionados. Mac Aguilar sums it up perfectly, urging all to try what many consider the best in the area—“la mejor comida latina en el área”. Whether dining in or taking out, La Parada 2 promises a memorable culinary adventure.

I love there chicken. They always sell out fast but it is worth the wait. They sell diffrent foods but it is mostly a Dominican restaurant. You can eat in or out and they also deliver.

If I'm around the area and hungry I will come here to get some tacos. Every time I come I have always enjoyed my food. The flavors are great especially when you add some of their green chili hot sauce on top. It's never the trains so you won't have to walk to far

If you’re looking for perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken that isn’t dry, you found out. You won’t be disappointed. Place can use an upgrade but I rather the food be good. I also usually take it to go.

My unplanned first meal here started a regular dining habit. The dishes show real skill. Remarkable staff quality. The environment here is wonderful, spotless, and staff are helpful. The staff treats customers well, the restaurant maintains cleanliness and I plan to return.

Great service great food. Been coming here since I was a child. Quality and ingredients/flavors have only gotten better. Glad there's a second spot now. Not much of a place to dine out but there is seating. Maybe the third one will be a full restaurant

You can smell how good this place is every time you walk by. A no frills, cash only spot with authentic food. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. I think parts of their menu change daily. I spent 25 for a whole rotisserie chicken, about 2 cups of rice, a cup of beans, a side of maduros and a small salad. Was so hungry and it was so good that I forgot to take a picture lol.

The place is small, but the food is absolutely amazing here. You can smell the food from blocks. They are mostly known for their rotisserie chicken, but if you haven't tried their other food, you must try it. They are definitely the most underrated spot in sunset . They food speaks volumes and definitely give them a try.
